North American City Folk players can grab some Hopscotch Flooring to display in their homes on August 15th – August 29th. This item will be delivered to your doorstep by Pete the mail bird to celebrate the start of a new school year. This is the first time Nintendo is sending out flooring to players in the game!

Nintendo also announced that the next DLC item for North America will celebrate the anniversary of the original Animal Crossing game on Gamecube. Any guesses on what we might get? I’m going to say we get a Train model.

The first is the Dolphin ship model from Pikmin. This is no doubt to celebrate the release of New Play Control: Pikmin 2 in North America. The other item is a pot of Blue Flowers for Japanese players. This item could be very cool or very lame depending on whether or not you can plant them outside. As for Europe I’m sorry but no new DLC item has been announced just yet for you guys.
