Video Tours

The most popular content offered here are in depth Video Tours for Wii games. These 8-12 minute videos are fully commentated, and offer a great inside look at games that you won’t find anywhere else! It’s also worth mentioning that Wii Folder imports many Wii games from Japan. This means you’ll get a chance to go on an in depth Video Tour for a game that isn’t even out in North America or Europe yet. Often times Wii Folder is actually the first source to really show off new games. A Video Tour is NOT a Review, it is more of a helpful guide for someone who is thinking of checking out a Wii game. Many people find a Tour of a game much more insightful than a typical Review.

Gameplay Videos

This feature is pretty self explanatory. Gameplay Videos are straight up direct feed footage of Wii games. When Wii Folder begins to cover a new game, you’ll usually see many new Gameplay Videos show up here. The videos usually show off around 3 minutes of gameplay, this is usually much longer than most of the larger gaming websites.

LIVE Wii-VENTS

This feature on the site allows visitors to join in on a Live Broadcast of direct feed footage for a Wii game. A LIVE Wii-VENT is kind of like a live version of a Video Tour. In addition to just watching the live feed, you can also login to our uStream.tv Chatroom and talk to other viewers as well as ask questions about the game for myself (Josh Thomas) to answer while playing. A LIVE Wii-VENT usually last about an hour and half.

To view a LIVE Wii-VENT please stay updated with the site’s main page. There will be a post notifying viewers a couple days in advanced as to when the next Broadcast will begin.
