Whoa! This game looks so cool in every aspect I can’t wait to own it. I specially like the fact that, as you say, the 3D are used to enhance the gaming experience and controls, rather than just improve the visuals. I hope it finally shows people that the 3DS is more than a DS with better graphics, adding new things to the gaming experience.
Well done review. I agree this is the fist time that I have seen 3D implemented really well in a 3DS game. Its great seeing someone doing a review because they enjoy doing it. The 3D aspect not only makes the game look better. It also makes the gameplay better. Hopefully future 3DS games will implement 3D effectively as well. I look forward to your next review!
I’m happy to see the Fire Flower and Raccoon Tail. I wished they included the Ice Flower from New Super Mario Bros Wii. What happened to the Starman ability?

The only problem i have with it is that its apparently WAAAAY too easy.
I heard that it gets harder later on. either way, the cool thing about mario games is that you can make them hard by trying to finish really fast
SPOILER:
the first 8 worlds are supposdly easy but when you finish them another 8 worlds are unlocked which should be far more challenging
This game has been on my Christmas list from the beginning of time. Shame I don’t have any money to buy it on the release day
but as long as I get to play this game eventually I’ll be as happy as larry

I think what I like the most about watching you review games and do gameplays (Fold) is that it seems that you just play to have fun unlike most of the gamers today.
What are the green platforms which has what looks like a telescope?
It probably is a telescope, alowing you to scope the level and see the path before you, and maybe a few secrets.

Just for clarification: This is a 3D Mario game with 2D elements, not the other way around. If it was 2D, it wouldn’t be in 3 dimensions like SM64-Galaxy 2.

This looks like a great game, but I don’t know if anything will be able to beat Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Also, Mario Party 9 looks a lot better than 8, and seems to have many more mini games. The only game I have for Wii is New Super Mario Bros. so far!
