Hey Josh, nice review! But to be really honest, don´t u think that all these colors in your outfit today was kinda of weirdo? Nice shirt but the bermuda shorts are too colorful for the shirt and they didn´t match with your striped lace shoes….

    1. The overall flow of the clothing I’m wearing here all definitely matches with each other. I’m constantly focused on aesthetic in everything I do whether it be clothes or designing something. Usually I wouldn’t chat about what I’m wearing in a video on TheBitBlock, because nobody really cares – but since ya asked… :P

The shirt is from Urban Ouftitters, it’s a dark gray tee, with colorful silhouettes of women playing the game Twister. It’s just a novelty tee.

The shorts are actually just board shorts, not Bermuda shorts. They’re white, with dark gray sections. They also have some bits of color in them just like the shirt.

So between the shirt and shorts, they both have a neutral shade, mixed with some bright colors.

The shoes are airwalk jim plastics with checkered laces not striped laces. The checkered laces match the designs on the board shorts. The shinyness of the shoes is just flat out awesomeness. :P

The overall look is meant to have a retro 90′s summery vibe to it. I kinda feel like just slapping on a pair of khakis and a somewhat plain tee shirt is boring and doesn’t match my personality.

      1. My sister used to work at Urban Outfitters, just saying

    2. Errrrm, I didn’t realise the fashion police were on here!!!!
      Haha ;)

PS. I am just joking before you get mad!!!

      1. Oh and PS again, my above comment was for Andre Figuiang ;)

    cool stuff, love it.

  4. i’m probably going to get this game due to your review, but i’m still a bit concerned about the difficulty….eh, i have f-zeroX and that games hard as hell, so who am i to complain? :p

P.S only josh would make a paragraph long response about the outfit he’s wearing :p

Wow! I think that this might be one of ur big replies! I didn´t meant to be rude or something, but according to my teachers at FIT( Fashion Institute of Technology) the board shorts created a messy pattern with the shirt. They´ve suggested a plain shirt. They´ve also said that with too many different patterns it´s difficult to focus in only one piece of clothing creating a “blurry overall look”..
On the other hand, thanx for replying, it means that u care about ur viewers opinion..
By the way, the game rocks!

    1. An absolute plain shirt with no design wouldn’t match with the board shorts or shiny shoes though. It would seem out place and the flow of retro 90′s style with the shoes and shorts wouldn’t carry up to the shirt. It would be like “Well you’re wearing the summery board shorts, the black shiny plastic shoes and then nothing compliments or carry’s that style upwards. I totally get that you can take somethign too far and it just looks like an unorganized mess – but it’s really not THAT busy of an overall look. The main color basis is a darker gray (in the shirt, shorts and even shoes) and then about 4 vibrant colors are sprinkled into it to keep it from seeming dark and boring i and make it have a 90′s california vibe.

But I hope you’re all enjoying this fashion debate here at TheBitBlock. :P

Well, that´s your opinion…I don´t wanna sound repetitive but this is definitely not one of your best outfits. It´s a futuristic racing game and u have a retro 90´s style?I don´t buy that.. In my opinion the best ones are: the one used for 007 review (elegant and classy), sonic colors( fresh and enthusiastic) and the last but not the least DK Returns ( funky and cool). All of them perfectly fit these games atmosphere..Maybe if u have used this one only for wiiplay motion..it would be better..How about those vintage red shiny shoes with a nice jeans and a cool tee shirt?

        1. Heh I don’t match my daily clothing with what games I’m going to be reviewing. I think the only time I did that was with Sonic Colors – and honestly aside from the shoes that outfit was really dumb.

          1. You also matched your clothes to Super Monkey Ball. :P

          2. Actually I just happened to be wearing a giant foam Banana costume. It was a happy accident. :)

  6. Emiko Yamashyta

It doesn’t matter what he’s wearing, he’s still sexy. ;)

  7. I’m loving the fashion debate you two – by the way, the 90′s were the coolest decade ever!
