E3 2011 – Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Art

The art direction in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is fantastic. The worlds and characters seem more alive than ever before. While we all wait the game’s Holiday 2011 release, let’s take a long gander at some new character art from E3.

  1. Not getting this, I hate Zelda.

    1. “I hate Zelda”

      Those words don’t go together.

    2. You have no soul.

How DARE you call yourself a gamer (if you indeed call yourself that at all).

    3. then why did you open up this link?

    4. Link and Zelda are awesome!

You make me sick SpamBot79863. Zelda games are the best just like mario games.

      1. well i dont get it either but it would be awesome to fitght like being really in the game, imagine having 2 monsters one in the back and another one infront you could slice the one infront then tur quicly your blade and kill the other monster without even turning :D

    5. Then why are you looking up Zelda Artwork?

  2. can’t wait for this game and i can’t wait for the wii u zelda game nice zelda art work

  3. Never played any Zelda games (other than Zelda II on VC, which was confusing to me…) But I’m seriously considering getting this game. It looks too good to pass up!

    1. zelda II is not the best one to start with, so your impressions of zelda games may be a little off

      1. my first game of xelda whas ocarina of time thats why i really love it

  4. Ghirahim [the new villain] is one creepy and crazy man [if you've seen the demo cutscene + fight with him]!

And Zelda [not yet a Princess, I presume] gives off a sisterly-like vibe. So much callback to WW in this game [even including the artstyle and exploration]!

  5. Isn’t it amazing? I’m already in love with everything they’ve shown off so far. The people who whine about petty details need to grow up.

Ghirahim certainly looks the part of the villain. That, and his creepy tongue. ;) Check it out – http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2011-zelda-skyward/715356
