Wii Remote Plus Dated, Colors & More!
Nintendo of Japan has announced that Wii Remote Plus will be launching on November 11th, 2010 for ¥3,800. The controller has Wii Motion Plus technology built in and still manages to be the same size and price as a standard Wii Remote. Wii Remote Plus will launch in 5 colors for Japan which consist of Black, White, Pink, Blue and Red. Nintendo of Japan have also announced a brand new Red colored Nunchuk controller which releases on November 11th as well. Nintendo of America and Europe have yet to make any announcements regarding the new controller as of yet. FlingSmash launches in North America on November 7th with Wii Remote Plus packed inside. Kinda nasty of Nintendo to first release motion plusses to make some extra profit and release a M+ Built-in controller for the same price later on. If I knew this I wouldnt have spent 40 bucks on 2 M+es…

they probably just releasedthe wii motion+ when they just got the technology, and only now they got the technology to shrink it and put it in the wiimote itself
I already bought 2 wii Motion pluses, so I dont think I’m going to buy this one
Its not top of my list of Wii wants but I’ll get it somewhere along the line – I got my Motion+ with Sports Resort last yr & have a normal remote coming tomorrow packaged with Wii Party – it’ll be a long time before I wanna spend my ££ on another remote!
Oh forgot to say – cool colours though and I like the idea of it being the smaller size too.
I might get a red and/or black one, but where are the green wiimotes?!
That’s the Luigi color and Luigi always gets the short end of the stick.
When they release these in the states, I’ll definitely be getting one for when Skyward Sword comes out. I never bothered getting a Motion Plus, and I’d rather have it built in instead of having a blocky attachment that I have to remove when I need to hold the remote sideways.
