Found what looks like to be latex Zero Suits on Ebay that were made in China from the pattern seen on the video.

The sellers name is super-qiqi and are currently going for $179 marked down from $199. it’s a very generous price for the amazing look of the suit.

Relax Ashutran!

Spray painting the suit is a really bad idea. It is much better to get it made in the colours you want. Many latex manufacturers will be able to make up a Zero Suit from a drawing and it’s just a matter of cost. The height is no problem since you can get it made to your body measurements too.

The cheapest option is to use a Chinese maker. Try latexcatfishdotcom for starters. These guys already have something that looks like the Zero Suit as part of their basic range. I think they can do custom work as well. If you want it made out of better quality materials you will have to pay more and get it done in Europe or the US.

I estimate you should be prepared to pay about $250 for their copy of the Zero Suit, $500 for a Chinese exact Zero Suit replica from a drawing, and up to $1000 to get it made elsewhere (but will be much better quality).
