The 3 new yoga and strength poses will not be unlocked because Nintendo feels that you should earn them on your own. There's also more info on calories and how well / many you are burning. It's only $19.99 for Balance Board owners so it's pretty cheap. You also get basically every part of the original Wii Fit added in. There is much more focus on being able to setup your own workouts and go to each activity without having to stop and select it from the menu.
